When all the other girls in my class were giggling and innocent I was a ten year old stuck in a seventeen year old body.

This was a striking contrast to my twin sister, who looked her age. It was bizarre that when we would introduce ourselves as twins, we never looked the same, and at this point I looked like I was seventeen years old, and she looked like she was nine years old. Harsh!

We were as different as night as day. That feeling of “different” stuck with me.

I’ve been there. I have struggled, like your daughter, and maybe even like you, to try to fit it, yet also to try to come out of her own box. I have struggled trying to figure out who I am and where I am going.

Yet, I did it alone.

But your daughter doesn’t have to do it alone.

I have worked with seminary girls and older singles for many years, also being the director of Libi Bamizrach, a vacation program exclusively created for the older singles, it dawned on me that the issues that girls were having at ages 38, and 40, are seeded in the self doubt from ages 12 and 13.

Why do girls have to suffer so long to get the support they need, Why can’t we give them tools to create a beautiful and meaningful life now?

Why can’t we give them skills and techniques at younger ages so that they can blossom into stronger women?

This is why It makes a difference to me that your daughter is successful...

I have been working with young adults in Seminaries for the last 12 years, including Sharfman’s (Bnot Torah), Tomer Devorah, Be’er Miriam, Shearim, Machon Raya and currently teaching in Midreshet Rachel V’Chaya.

I am a certified life coach, in guided and flowing imagery, and a Kallah teacher. I am finishing up my certification in NLP and CBT. I am also the director of Libi Bamizrach, a vacation program for older single girls.

Just for fun I also work as a graphic designer(12 years experience), and a children’s book illustrator, and I’ve published 8 books. And I find myself doodling on just about everything.

I am living in Yerushalayim, married to wonderful husband and have 6 kids who make sure each day exciting and special.
