How does this program work?

For the next 6 weeks, every Sunday your daughter will receive the lesson for that week. They are broken up into small chunks between 20-40 minutes. So they can be completed quickly and at your convenience,

What's a beta program?

Since this is the first run of Rock Solid Girls, it's being run beta, meaning there is a very small class, very low price, which will never be offered again, and lots of attention, you and your daughter’s opinion matter, you call the shots, and I get to listen. So it’s totally a win-win situation for you and your daughter.

What if I can’t listen on the computer?

The classes will also be available online, but if your daughter can’t attend online, no problem, it will also be released on a phone line. We highly suggest using the computer, because there will be a lot of slides, and pictures, but if your daughter can’t it’s the next best thing.

You mentioned art, what's that all about?

There are creative exercises within each lesson, when finished it is suggested to take a picture and email it in to us, The exercises will also be shared with the rest of the Rock Solid Girl community in the next lessons (only if you want to, no pressure :) ) This is the work that needs to be done to qualify for the guarantee.

Are supplies included?

No, we don’t send you supplies, but all projects can be made from things around your home. You can even complete everything with a box of markers.

How long is the program?

1 kick off class and 6 pre recorded classes and celebration party at the end

Is there personal interaction?

Oh for sure, your daughter has an unlimited amount of emails that she can send to me. Anything from “I don’t get this,” to “this is hard, how can I make it easier?” to “I got a new sweater today.” I want to hear what your daughter has to say.

What do I have to do?

I am committed to doing my half, giving great content, providing exercises, an awesome community of other girls, and a real place for growth, that’s my 50%, and your daughter’s 50% is to show up, be committed to listening, do the exercises, and to give feedback and enjoy.

Who is this program intended for?

For girls ages 13-16 who may be struggling through their teen years. This program is not intended as a replacement for therapy, this is a group coaching program to give girls tools and skills strengthen their sense of self and move through this period of their lives with ease, grace, and joy.

What if I am not satisfied?

My guarantee to you and your daughter is that if you don’t feel like you gained, changed, transformed in this program, I will have a one-on-one with you to see where you are stuck

What if I fall behind?

No worries, there is no grade at the end of this program, and we all work at different paces. It is suggested that you are free to finish the exercise by the end of the week and send it back by email for review(exercises that are requested to remain confidential will be kept private). If all the work is not done, you can not apply for the guarantee.
